Product Introduction

HDPE Injection Molding Grade (MFI 20 g/10min) provides ultra-high flowability for rapid production of intricate, ultra-thin-walled components (<0.3mm) in high-cavitation molds. This high-MFI resin enables cycle time reductions up to 40% versus standard grades while maintaining critical impact resistance (>8 kJ/m² at 23°C) and ESCR performance (>300 hrs), making it ideal for disposable medical parts and technical components requiring precision and cost efficiency.
