Product Introduction


Fiber grade PET chips are high-quality polymer polycondensation products with excellent heat resistance, light resistance, and chemical stability. Also known as yarn grade or textile grade PET chips, they are primarily used in producing polyester filament yarns such as POY, FDY, and staple fibers. These chips are widely applied in spinning various polyester staple fibers and filaments for nonwoven fabrics, polyester roofing carrier and geotextiles.

  IV (Intrinsic Viscosity): Customizable (e.g., 0.64–0.85 dl/g) according to application

  Moisture Content: ≤ 0.3%

  Melting Point: 255–265°C

  Ash Content: ≤ 0.06%

  Color Value (b): Low and consistent for excellent appearance

  Packaging: 1,050 kg jumbo bags or as per customer requirements
