Premium BOPP film resin delivers exceptional clarity and stiffness for biaxially oriented PP applications, while our CPP polypropylene offers superior heat-seal performance as a versatile cast film grade. Both utilize high gloss PP pellets to ensure brilliant print surfaces and barrier properties, meeting demanding requirements for flexible packaging and labeling.

BOPP :

  ●Density: 0.90-0.91 g/cm³

  ●Melt Flow Index (MFI): 2-3 g/10 min (230°C, 2.16kg)

  ●Tensile Strength (MD/TD): 150-220 MPa / 250-300 MPa

  ●Elongation at Break: 50-120%

  ●Thickness Range: 10-60 μm

  ●Surface Treatment: Corona-treated (≥38 dynes/cm)

CPP :

  ●Density: 0.90-0.91 g/cm³

  ●Melt Flow Index (MFI): 5-12 g/10 min (230°C, 2.16kg)

  ●Tensile Strength (MD/TD): 35-50 MPa / 25-40 MPa

  ●Elongation at Break: 300-600%

  ●Thickness Range: 20-100 μm

  ●Surface Treatment: Non-treated or treated
